Positive: We had a wonderful stay! The host supported us from the very beginning to the end of our trip. ​The location is strategic for families—it’s near the end of Los Cristianos, far enough from the chaotic nightlife to be quiet, but still close to everything. The apartment itself is in a very peaceful area with respectful neighbors; having a child, respecting quiet hours was crucial for us. As soon as we walked in, the place was spotless and beautifully maintained. We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches: cold water in the fridge, coffee pods, laundry essentials, beach gear, hand soap, and even sunscreens left by previous guests that were still practically new. ​Around the area & amenities: ​Parking: The apartment is at Calle Los Angeles 25. During the day, you can easily find a spot right in front, but after 8:00 PM it gets trickier; we recommend parking down the stairs on Calle Rodeo. ​Supermarkets & Cash: Right below the house, there’s a small minimarket stocked with everything you need, and cash ATMs are everywhere. Plus, there’s a 24-hour supermarket just a 7-minute walk away. ​Family Fun: Next door, there’s a small shopping center with an arcade and an indoor play area for kids (€5 for an hour—just bring socks and your little one will have a blast while you relax!). Monkey Park is also just a 5-minute drive away. ​The highlight of the apartment is definitely the view from the terrace—simply fantastic! Having breakfast or dining outside while looking at the ocean was amazing, and we were even able to spot dolphins in the distance. Truly a spectacular panorama. ​We highly recommend this apartment to anyone, especially families! Negative: The only thing we didn't like was having to leave! Tenerife is a spectacular place, and when you find the right accommodation, it's really hard to say goodbye

Zdecydowanie wrócę tu do tego apartamentu. Przecudowny widok, właściciele bardzo zaangażowani, dużo miejsc parkingowych. Positive: Wszystko, wyposażenie, położenie obiektu Negative: Nie ma takiej rzeczy

Fabulous Positive: Description and Photos were 100% correct. Loved being able to sunbathe on terrace and so very tranquil. Everything needed was provided. Negative: Though we like and enjoy walking did on occasions find the distance to beach just 15 minutes too long. Would suggest a spare set of bed linen be provided.

Sin embargo, en Booking no está declarado como alojamiento gestionado por un anfitrión privado, lo cual me parece poco transparente. El apartamento dispone únicamente de un pequeño boiler, insuficiente incluso para una ducha caliente completa. Tampoco hay lavavajillas, y el agua caliente no alcanza ni para lavar los platos si se cocina. No hay aire acondicionado. No se ofrece plaza de aparcamiento. La limpieza deja mucho que desear: los cubiertos no estaban en condiciones adecuadas, lo que genera dudas sobre el nivel de higiene general en un apartamento que se alquila semanalmente a turistas. En definitiva, el precio pagado corresponde al de un hotel, pero la calidad y los servicios ofrecidos están muy lejos de ese estándar. Considero que deberían indicar claramente que se trata de un apartamento gestionado por un anfitrión privado. English: I would like to highlight some key points so that others can make informed decisions: The accommodation is a BNB consisting of a private apartment with no services (no cleaning during the stay, no reception, etc.), so it should not be considered a hotel property. However, on Booking it is not listed as a private host, which I find misleading. The apartment only has a small boiler, which is not even sufficient for a full hot shower. There is no dishwasher, and the hot water is not enough even to wash dishes if you cook. There is no air conditioning. There is no parking available. Cleanliness is questionable: the cutlery was not properly cleaned, raising concerns about the overall hygiene in an apartment rented weekly to tourists.
